Completed IPaC species screening for PS-24-1230. Found 3 listed species in the action area — northern long-eared bat, Indiana bat, and Virginia big-eared bat. Recommending informal consultation pathway based on preliminary effects analysis.

USACE Louisville District confirms 0.3 acres of jurisdictional wetland within the proposed alignment. NWP 12 likely applies but we need the delineation report before we can issue verification. Can the applicant expedite the wetland delineation submittal?

@Marcus — FYI, the bat habitat buffer overlaps the same wetland area you flagged. We should coordinate timing on the NWP verification and informal consultation to avoid duplicate field visits. Happy to schedule a joint site review if that helps.
